Knowledge and Compassion Improve End-of-Life Care in our Community
The Center for Education and Advance Care Planning was formed to ensure that our community, particularly those facing end-of-life or planning for end-of-life, is well-served by knowledgeable, compassionate medical professionals. We offer a spectrum of educational resources to support this, ranging from workshops and seminars to hospice and palliative medicine physician fellowships.
We collaborate with a number of partners locally and throughout the country to provide the most up-to-date information, research and resources for medical professionals.
For information on upcoming workshops and seminars, contact Elleah Tooker at firstname.lastname@example.org or 574.243.4028.
If you are interested in hosting a series of CE/CME-eligible webinars at your facility, please fill out the form below and somebody from our organization will contact you.
