LEARN ABOUT ADVANCE CARE PLANNING

At Center for Education & Advance Care Planning, we understand that conversations about death and the type of care we want at the end of life can be difficult to start. What better way to explore the how’s and why’s of advance care planning discussions than with a tasty brew in hand? Our Death on Tap event allows attendees to sample beers from local breweries while learning about how to assure your healthcare wishes are followed if you are unable to speak for yourself.

Come by yourself, bring a friend, bring your family… everybody can benefit from this entertaining and educational event! We even offer “Designated Driver” tickets for those who don’t enjoy beer. Each event features at least three breweries with several different beers to sample along with a variety of hors d’oeuvres for everybody to enjoy. Representatives from Center for Education & Advance Care Planning, Center for Hospice Care and Honoring Choices® Indiana – North Central will also be on hand to talk with you about end-of-life care and advance care planning to help you plan for your own care when you need it.
