We invite you to join us for a delicious “Death by Chocolate” event and enjoy the very best in locally produced chocolate candies, fudge and desserts. Along with the delectable treats, there will be some lively conversations about advance care planning. Much like a decadent desert, there can be many layers to end-of-life conversations. Our goal is to help you navigate these layers when having conversations with your loved ones.
