Death and dying is a challenging time for any family; for families who already have ongoing conflict or difficulties in communicating, these challenges can directly impact the dying and grieving process. This program examines ways in which hospice caregivers and other professionals can best work with these families to find opportunities for growth and meaning making even in the face of difficult dynamics.
