Collaborative Partnerships
Advocate. Educate. Collaborate.
Perhaps it’s because millions of Baby Boomers are seeing that they’re close to reaching their actuarial maturity age … perhaps it’s because the access to sophisticated medical care has caused many of us to question when should trying to “cure” become “letting go.” Whatever the reason, as a society we have become open to talking about death and end-of-life issues.
The Center for Education & Advance Care Planning is dedicated to making those conversations easier and more effective, whether it’s between a trusted advisor and client, a medical professional and patient or family members/loved ones. Our role in the community is to advocate for comprehensive end-of-life planning, educate our community on how to implement end-of-life planning and collaborate with other stakeholders to develop tools and resources as well as facilitate their implementation.
To that end, we are pleased to work with many of the area’s leading providers.
